Libraries, documentation
The staff of the Common Documentation Service train users, support students in their studies and assist lecturers in their research work. They are also involved in setting up cultural events and promoting the library’s collections.
Communication, publishing and ICT

Budget and accounting managers manage the procedures and resources allocated to expenditure and revenue-generating acts. As part of quality control, they ensure that the aspects of execution entrusted to financial services comply with the needs expressed.

Coordinating teams, monitoring projects and associated indicators, supporting change: the management and steering professions combine operational and strategic missions that are essential to the smooth running of the University.
Guidance, professional integration, lifelong learning, student life
Supporting future and current students in building their career plans, helping them throughout their studies, responding to requests from companies to train their employees, monitoring the progress of work-study students: these are just a few examples of the missions of careers guidance, professional integration and FTLV.

The fields of activity and trades associated with this professional family are vast. Energy conservation, site supervision, landscaping and architectural projects, maintenance operations, fire safety and occupational risk prevention are just a few examples.

Health, social
The health and social services teams welcome students for preventive visits, specialized consultations, preventive actions, emergency care or situations of unhappiness. Social service assistants are also on hand to help students and staff in times of temporary difficulty.
Information systems
As key players in the University’s strategy, the information systems professions also cover IT and network infrastructures, the management of business tools and software, and everything to do with cyber-security and the protection of research activities.
