The data collected via this form can be accessed by :

  • University of Rouen Normandie Human Resources Department
  • recruiting departments
  • our service provider hosting the recruitment platform.

4. How is this information used?

The information transmitted is automatically entered into the Beetween software to join all the applications received by the school.

Beetween software performs an analysis and assigns a match score to each available position.

No automated decisions are made, and no files are put aside. Each file is analyzed by HRD staff to ensure that applications match available positions.

5. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You can access and rectify your personal data, or exercise your right to restrict the use of your personal data.
