Staff training
URN pays great attention to providing its staff with training opportunities throughout their careers. Each year, it offers the opportunity to take part in over 230 training courses on a wide range of subjects, thanks to its training plan.

The HRS4R approach
The “HRS4R” label (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) rewards institutions that make progress in aligning their human resources policies with the 40 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. At URN, this label was obtained on July 24, 2023. It recognizes the University’s commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment practices and working conditions in research.
