The Ministries of National Education and Higher Education and Research recruit library, engineering, administrative, technical, social and health personnel (BIATSS) in a variety of professions and fields:
- AENES (Administration of National Education and Higher Education) and medico-social personnel
- library staff (BU branch)
- research and training engineers and technical staff (ITRF).
URN employs a wide range of staff with different statuses and recruitment procedures, and the various aspects of their careers are managed by the Human Resources Department’s Bureau des personnels BIATSS.
