Between 2022 and 2026, 4,650 ITRF jobs will be re-graded at national level, using a temporary access route (exceptional access route or exceptional professional examination) to enable recognition of the skills of staff who hold jobs that contribute to the development of research or teaching support jobs, with priority given to those who already perform functions above and beyond their jobs.
These exceptional recruitments are in addition to existing recruitments (competitive exams, professional examinations, general aptitude lists) and will be organized between 2022 and 2026.
For the year 2026, a quota of 5 promotions in the ASI corps has been allocated to the University of Rouen Normandie.

Agents eligible for the exceptional professional examination in the assistant engineer corps who wish to apply must download the application file from the WebITRF website.
Registrations can be made from this site from April 8, 2026 at 12 noon Paris time, until May 6, 2026 at 12 noon Paris time..
